The Principal Stays in the Endowment
3% - 5% of the year-end fund balance will be distributed annually.
Who Decides How the Distribution is Used?
The 1838 Endowment Committee reports at year end the earnings balance for distribution. The Finance committee and Ad Council decide how the distribution will be disseminated.
