At MUMC, we strive to create a safe environment that engages children through song, bible stories, and crafts so they feel encouraged to ask questions and learn to have passion for loving and serving Jesus. Children are precious and they play an important role in the church. Their abundance of energy and joy encourages the congregation to be filled with excitement to explore our faith and find ways to become involved in the community and share the love of God.
With open arms, we welcome all children to attend the programs offered at MUMC.
Sundays
Sunday School for all ages begins at 8:45 in the Treehouse.
Nursery is available for children 3 and under during the 10:00am service. Drop-off begins at 9:45am.
Children's Church is available for ages 4 years old - 5th grade during the 10:00am service.
Check-in and drop off your child in the children's area.
Monthly Events
April - Workshop Day
Saturday, April 18 | 10AM-Noon
Make sound come alive! Experimenting with Sound is a workshop centered on harnessing and organizing sound into something creative and beautiful. We invite family to join us for the last 10 minutes of our workshop to experience what we create during our time.
- Workshop is open to potty trained 3-year-olds through 5th grade.
- Registration is free but we ask that all children register so we have plenty of supplies on hand.

Experience the power of eating around the table as we celebrate the day with piñatas, salsa dancing, and a build-your-own-taco bar!

Explore the miracles of Jesus as we embark on The Jesus Expedition! We will travel to exotic locations and search for hidden treasure as we learn that Jesus is with us wherever we go.
- The Jesus Expedition is open to potty trained 3 year olds - entering 6th grade. Cost is $20 per explorer. Scholarships are available-contact Tommi at btddh89@gmail.com.
